The purpose of this policy is to define the types of conduct that are prohibited by the University as a means of achieving these goals and to prevent harm arising from discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, domestic violence, dating violence, stalking and retaliation.

The University prohibits any act of discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, domestic violence, dating violence or stalking by a Covered Person, and any retaliation related to reports of such acts.
